Hi Prageeth, Please goto Setup-->Data Administration-->System Log, if you see the error messages ":Error when setting DELETED flag", if so then there has been an error while deleting an email from the mailbox, when this happens the mail fetching will be stopped. At this time the mail fetching needs to be restarted manually in the application. You can enable a notification where some technicians can be notified when this happens, you can enable this notification by going to Setup-->Automation-->Notification Rules-->Other Notifications, check the box next to Send e-mail when an Application Error Occurs and specify the technicians.
