Re : Email command not working from script automated email.

Kindly make sure that the mail sent is in plain text format through your google script.

And one more point to be noted with EMail Command is, kindly make sure that the from address set in the google script corresponds to that of a technician. When sending mail for EMail Command, the techician alone can raise request for other users - requester's or technician's set as REQUESTER.
