If you still get U110 error then login to the application as organization admin, now open new tab and visit the below URL, if the 'Two Factor Authentication' is enabled then please disable it and run the provisioning tool.
Please make sure you are providing the Zoho credentials of a technician who has Organization Admin privilege. Technician with a blue star in the technician list is an organization admin.
