You
will be able to create custom reports in the application. Please
follow the below steps to create a custom report,
- Goto Reports and click on New Custom Report..
- Choose the Report Type and the Module.
- Choose the columns that needs to be available in the report.
- Click on Filter Options, under Date filter choose the column as Completed Time and during Yesterday.
Now
if you run the report, you will get details on the requests which
were closed Yesterday in the application.
Using
the Advanced Filtering, you will be able to create reports based on
certain criteria. Like if you are looking to create a report to find
how many requests were created using a specific template,
- Under Filter Options click on Advanced Filtering. Choose the Column as Template and condition as Is, choose the template name in the value.
Now
you will be able to generate a report to find how many requests
were created using a specific template.
