SD+ on Demand IE 11 not refreshing requests.

Using IE 11.0.14 and have set the autorefresh rate for requests to 3 minutes.  It doesn't seem to autorefresh at all.  Chrome 39.02171.71 m works fine. Anyone else seen this, and/or got any solutions? Bob
